Spirulina


Some might say that I am not a very healthy eater ... I could not agree more. My diet consists of sugar, candy, and anything else that contains sugar. I've never been one to take vitamins or supplements to compensate for my lake of a healthy diet. Until now that is!
Spirulina Spirulina called the worlds healthiest superfood, contains vegetable protein, rich in beta carotene, iron, vitamin B-12 and the rare essential fatty acid, GLA.
Spirulina has been around for nearly 4 million years. What exactly is Spirulina?
I'm still learning about Spirulina and the advantages it can have for me. As with all supplements, there are side effects.
