LOGAN, Utah-ABC Real Estate LLC is looking for investors who want to be involved in a new and surprisingly successful, affordable, and rewarding business.
ABC Real Estate started in 2007. Bret Cob, President of ABC Real Estate has come up with a new, creative way to sell homes in an affordable fashion, and at an affordable rate for both the homeowner and homebuyer. In this case, creative means a beneficiary directed, equity holding land trust.
Renting is a waste of time and money. With ABC, you can ‘rent to own.’
“We take care of the whole process, we do all the paper work and the resident of your property is guaranteed to make their payments.” Said Bret Cob.
“I never thought my wife and I would be able to buy a home as soon as we did, especially at the price arrangement we got. We’ve never been happier, not only have we expanded our living space, now we can extend our family as well. Thanks ABC Real Estate.” Said real-life customer Edward Sharp.
No one else is doing this! No credit checks! Guaranteed 10%, most likely to see up to 40% on return of your investment. You don’t want to miss this opportunity!

Cousin Letter

Dear Dave,

I’ve decided on a major. Public Relations. I’m very excited and very interested in Public Relations and all that it involves. Trying to describe what public relations is can be very broad and hard to understand. I’ll try my best to help you better understand what I hope to be doing very soon.

In several of my classes we have been discussing what public relations is. Some of the more humorous ways we have described it are: a business degree without the math, professional brown-nosing, the go-to person, etc. I had public relations described to me in this way when referring to a circus. Advertising is the posters, the fliers, and the billboards, marketing is the stickers handed out for free or the buy one get one free coupons, public relations is getting the elephant from the circus to walk across the mayor’s front lawn.

With public relations you are not trying to trick someone into buying a product. You want your customers to fully understand your product and why it would be beneficial to them. In the end, you allow your customers to make the decision.

Public relations requires excellent communication skills. Being articulate in presenting your company or your product is huge. Being able to give out the information you know to the best of your ability, and also being able to give direction to another company or person if you do not know the information that is being sought after.

I hope that helps you to understand and have a better idea of what I am studying in school and hoping to be doing for many years to come. Good luck with making a decision for you major and let me know if you have any more questions.

Sincerely,
Madison
